No alternatives to coops

Self-help cooperatives can create jobs, but they must have:

• Professional management
• Committed, enlightened, & honest leadership
• Institutional capacity building for cooperatives
• General membership education & training
• Constructive support from government

Can coops make a difference? Yes, they can!
